Magnetic latching contactors both block mounted types fitted with special electromagnet which enables them remain "On" position when coil longer energised.
Applications
special properties magnetic latching contactors make them suitable large number applications.
Properties
Retention sequence memory automatic control equipment event loss control voltage. Energy saving, since source supply coil does need supply current when contactor latched closed state. Change state from "Closed" "Open" current signal through coil. Unaffected mains interference. Utilisation contactors beyond their breaking capacity, operations performed off-load. Contactors silent latched position.
Applications
Refineries, power stations, excitation circuits. Contactors remaining closed state long periods. Examples: refineries, power supplies, voltage distribution. Selective opening control. unwanted opening closing main power poles. Current carrying voltages 1000 Volts.
Operation electromagnet GCR1-F block contactors
GCR1-F magnetic latching contactors fitted with double coil with terminals comprising latching winding unlatching winding. windings have common point which necessitate special wiring precautions when latching supply separate from unlatching supply. power supplies a.c. d.c. d.c. operation, polarities indicated must complied with. Operating precautions: windings must supplied simultaneously, winding must supplied continuously, supply coils must pulsed contacts. Manual opening: control voltage present, contactor unlatched manually.

Points attention
Before connecting, check whether rated voltage frequency contact coil consistent with control supply voltage frequency. Before installing contactor, check whether technical parameter meet actual usage request(including control supply voltage, power control motor on). After connecting contactor, should carry loading operation. When connecting, bolt terminal non-terminal should screw tight same time. Wehn installing, please note cause bolt other matter falls contactor avoid moving part locking causing possible short circuit.
